Webster

What is happening on Webster? I understand that the town is putting in bike lanes, but the new lines on Webster south of IBR are incredibly confusing! Also, is anything being looked at regarding slowing the traffic flow? With no stop signs or crosswalks from IBR over to Jans, vehicles are constantly exceeding, and not by just a little, the posted limits.

I am frustrated with the corner of 7th Line and Webster Blvd.  Travelling south on Webster, there is a left turning lane which is hardly ever used.  There is a middle lane for drivers going straight or turning right and there is a bicycle lane and a parking lane on the right.  So what is the rule if you are turning right?  I believe you have to stay in the middle lane as the arrow on the road indicates.  However, there are many drivers pulling into the right bicycle/parking lane to turn right!  A few times I have witnessed and been party to, two cars turning right at the same time!  And the person in the bicycle lane gives me the finger for almost smashing into them!  Are you allowed to go into the bicycle/parking lane to turn right?  Please someone answer my question.
