WE NEED SENIOR FRIENDLY TRANSPORTATION APPS

Innisfil Transit (AKA Uber) is Not very senior friendly. My mother has constant problems with the App. And no customer service to contact. Several times she has ordered only to have the app default back to Uber X, not Innisfil Transit. No way for her to cancel the trip. Twice she has been charged for a trip where no car showed up after waiting over 45 minutes. She is so frustrated with the company and the lack of service she now she gets someone else to order it up and pays them cash to put against their credit card.
