A Zoning By-Law Amendment Application (File No. D14-2021-006) has been received requesting to rezone the north portion of the subject lands from "Open Space Exception (OS-6) Zone" to "Residential 1 (R1) Zone" and the south portion of the lands to "Community Service Exception (CS-XX) Zone)".  The south portion of the lands proposed to be rezoned "Community Service Exception (CS-XX)" will retain the existing child care facility and associated parking area

The Public Meeting is scheduled for September 15, 2021, at 7:00 PM.
