66 Lakeside Drive- Class 3 Variation to Community Planning Permit System (CPPS) By-law 058-25
An application for a Class 3 variation to the CPPS By-law 058-25 (File No. CPP-2026-005) has been received which proposes to permit an increased maximum overall lot coverage from 15% to 34.93% for the construction/replacement of a single detached dwelling on the subject lands under Table 5.8 of the CPPS By-law 058-25. The property currently has an existing legal non-complying lot coverage of 25.3% including the dwelling, boathouse and dock area.
