An application for CPPS By-law Amendment and Class 3 Permit (CPP-2026-006) has been received to facilitate a proposed child care centre. The subject lands are currently within the Residential Low One precinct with exception (RL1-15), and the only permitted use is a restaurant or take out restaurant. The applicant is seeking a CPPS By-law Amendment and Class 3 permit to replace the existing land use permissions with a child care centre use permission and to recognize the existing development conditions.
