1633 Houston Ave - Class 3 Variation to Community Planning Permit System (CPPS) By-law 058-25
An application for a Class 3 variation to the CPPS By-law 058-25 (File No. CPP-2026-008) has been received which proposes to permit an increased maximum overall lot coverage from 15% to 42.9% for the construction/replacement of a detached garage on the subject lands under Table 5.9 of the CPPS By-law 058-25. The property currenty has an existing legal non-complying lot coverage of 39.1% including the dwelling, detached garage and dock area.
