Applications for Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision were submitted to facilitate a development consisting of 153 residential units including 121 condominium townhouses, 2 condominium semi-detached dwellings and 14 condominium live-work units on a private common element road, and 16 single-detached dwellings on a public road, common amenity areas, public park, and stormwater management block.

The Zoning By-law Amendment application proposes to re-zone the subject lands from the Agricultural General (AG) Zone to Residential Semi-Detached Exception Hold (RS-15(H)), Residential Townhouse Exception Hold (RT-36 (H)), Residential Townhouse Exception Hold (RT-37 (H)), Residential Townhouse Exception Hold (RT-38 (H)), Residential Three Exception Hold (R3-12(H)) and Open Space (OS) Zones to implement the Official Plan Amendment that was adopted by Council on June 22, 2022

The Zoning By-law Amendment was not considered by Council in June 2022 when the OPA and Draft Plan of Subdivision applications were considered. The Zoning By-law Amendment will now be returning to Council on Wednesday May 6, 2026 for a decision at the regularly scheduled Council Meeting. The Staff Recommendation Report will be posted with the May 6, 2026 Council Agenda on the Town's Council and Committee Meeting Portal on April 29, 2026.
