Earlier in 2020, we asked the community what ideas they had for new features of Webster Park. However, due to COVID-19, we’ve had to put some of our original plans on hold that would increase operational costs to maintain these new amenities. Rest assured that the current playground is still going to be replaced, but we will not be adding in extra features at this present time. You can still get excited for a playground facelift coming to Webster Park! Existing Playground is scheduled to be removed the week of October 5th and Construction will begin soon after and is scheduled to be complete by Spring 2021.
The brand new aspects of Webster park beyond the replacement of the current playground will be postponed until 2022. At that point, we’ll be taking all of the feedback we received and incorporating it into future improvements.
If you wish to receive any additional updates, please subscribe to this project page.
Additional playground images and a video of the Tree Tops play equipment are included at the bottom right of this page.
