Innisfil Beach Park: Closures During Phase 1 Construction

Hello again,

Thanks for staying engaged as the Innisfil Beach Park project continues to take shape! Now that beach season is over, further closures have been added to facilitate construction as part of Phase 1 improvements.

Construction status

Zones 1-6 in the map below are now closed. This includes Parking Lots C, D, E, and F, the Playground, and Beaches 2-6.

We know closures can be inconvenient, but doing this work now helps minimize disruptions during the busy summer months. Thanks for your patience as we work to deliver an even better park experience next year!

What's still open

  • Parking lots A, B, and G
  • Beach 1 and the Government Dock
  • Baseball diamonds
  • Off-leash dog area
  • Lakeside pavilion and outdoor fitness equipment

What to expect

Coming in 2026, we're excited to reopen these improved spaces to the public with:

  • Expanded beach areas
  • New park exit, intersecting 25th Sideroad
  • New washroom pavilion
  • New trails
  • New tennis and pickleball courts
  • Tree plantings
  • And more!
