InnPower Corporation is re-designing its bills to better serve its customers.
Our customers have been telling us that they find our bill complicated, hard to understand, and outdated. We want to redesign our monthly utility bill so that it is more simple and useful to our customers, allowing them to easily find the important information that they need most. As an added benefit, the new bill re-design will come with no cost to our company or our customers.
While electricity bills are heavily regulated by the Ontario Government as to what information needs to be displayed and how it can be displayed, we wanted to make sure our customers had some say. We want to hear from you and value your feedback. We look forward to your comments, suggestions, and concerns and will take this into consideration during the redesign process.
Take a look at the image below. We want to know things such as:
What about the current bill is good? What about the current bill is bad? How can the bill be improved? How could the bill be easier to understand? Please post your ideas in the open forum below, to help us serve you better! We will be collecting feedback until 5 p.m. EST on November 27.

Think about pictures, colours, fonts, and the language that is used. We will be collecting your feedback until 5 p.m. EST on November 27.
